Webinar Description
This programme is created to increase knowledge about wagyu cutting to new & existing wagyu restaurants, Interested restaurants operator and to the public.
Webinar Objectives
- To give knowledge for the participant on how Wagyu are raised and produced
- To build a close relationship between AAH Nippon and participants
- To share suitable end product for secondary cuts of wagyu
- To expose Japanese butchering skills with participants
