  • Currently Kamichiku has been exporting Wagyu to more than 10 countries

This programme is created to increase knowledge about wagyu cutting to new & existing wagyu restaurants, Interested restaurants operator and to the public.

  • To give knowledge for the participant on how Wagyu are raised and produced
  • To build a close relationship between AAH Nippon and participants
  • To share suitable end product for secondary cuts of wagyu
  • To expose Japanese butchering skills with participants
