Job Scope:

  • Develop, enforce and monitor operations systems and strategies.
  • Determine product handling and storage requirements.
  • Develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; processes for receiving products, equipment utilization, inventory management, shipping, and delivery.
  • Develop and implement new sales strategies and initiatives in order to adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions that match customer requirements.
  • Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward, and individual recognition.
  • Ensure that operations and sales are manufactured in a correct, cost-effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
  • Establish a selling price strategy and increase sales volume by monitoring cost, keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

Job Title:  Inventory Executive.
Reports to: Operations Manager

Requirement & Qualification: 

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or similar.
  • At least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management, and forecasting techniques.
  • An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.

Job Scope:

  • Issue and maintain invoices, delivery orders, credit notes or debit notes, and other documents related to customer sales and supplier purchases.
  • Record purchases perform a physical count of inventory, keep track of shipments, and reconcile actual stock count in a timely manner.
  • Update and report on accurate inventory count, inventory levels, stock discrepancies, procedural efficiency, and issues to upper management in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the Operations (Logistics) Executive and Manager on import purchases.
  • Monitor and update stock consumption and availability of stocks for all distribution channels.
  • Identify stock or storage issues that may affect the production or delivery of service.
  • Ensures that storage is properly organized and that all stored items are accounted for.
  • Provide support to Operations (Logistics) Executive whenever necessary.
  • Communicate with suppliers related to pricing and quotation and select the best deal.
  • Other lawful instructions from an immediate superior.

  • Perform all sales duties which include prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow-through sales administration, and after-sales service.
  • Communicate with customers to collect payments for outstanding bills and ensure payments are made within the agreed payment term.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing kits and material, product launches, promotional events, exhibitions, social media marketing, and other marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate issues such as customer complaints, price variation, product delivery, and specifications with superiors.
  • Monitor stock at the customer premise for replenishment, take orders, get customer feedback on products and communicate customer feedback with the operation team.
